I was called to get things done

Not to just be nice and be friends. 


I guess that's somehow my dilemma.. .


To me, this is a journey that I am walking through, to do things with the intention of love and to wake up the good natural of the public, while I believe the best way is to role model that myself... Big big big lesson! 

Dealing with People who are not professional

So I asked a more senior friend of mine the past weekend, when this vendor of ours called me once "hey girl, how are you doing"
He replied, just reply addressing him "boy"
I thought that was funny and ridiculous, and so true!!!!!


So I did today, and apparently this guy was a bit shocked so he replied, "I am a guy"
I should have said yeah, then act like a guy not like a boy


No, cannot do that... because we are dealing with businesses, we are dealing with people, dealing with people who have emotion (but no brain)... so here you go, i hope this will not happen again 

what does our financial statement look like?

Honestly, I admit we are (or I am) way behind in doing our financial projection for year 2011.  But hey, rather late than never! 


And how can I have negative inventories?? So tricky!!
