My staff called me again today, and from the conversation i can feel she is worried, but i am not sure what it is.. could it be because we are signing a broker and she feels insecure? or things are moving too slow?
I wonder. and hopefully i will be able to figure out to keep things running smoothly too

HR & Airline
A total different two topics: HR and Airline; but something unavoidable.
Hiring might seem easy but I would say it is rather difficult; as Don Rainey mentioned in his article " 8 things I wish I knew before starting a business," I truly agree that good employees are really hard to find; not only you have to get someone to fit the job description, be flexible in the start-up environment, willing to be trained and learn new things, and need them to contribute too! And that is not the most difficult one when coming to letting go someone that does not perform well. It is not something someone too sentimental or emotional can do, period.
Thank God that we have someone here that can handle much of the office work so I can go focus on customer building and strategy! I really appreciate you Sone!
