I am so crazy!

Honestly, I am probably one of the craziest person I know...

Why? I stalk our competitor which I just found at Whole Foods in Blossom Hills, (where we did demo and all sold out) and found out their physical address is like in the forest.  Not only that, even though their website is cute and all that, if it cannot be viewed on iPhone or my not very smart phone because of the flash, then it wont be as effective.  So my recommendation to my dear competitor who also promote vegan products:

1. When building website, use html not flash
2. If you are Peta Business Friend, make sure that can be searchable.
3. I guess everyone has a story, whether their name is Amy, Helen, or Sophie

Okok, I know I am not that nice here; what can I do?  I feel strange when I see "Product of Taiwan" and I guess all the standard claim of "vegan", "non-GMO", "0g trans fat", "high in protein/fiber" and that made me really think about why we are different, and what is our story to share and connect with our dear customers.  Maybe, maybe I will come out with a story about my sponsored children and how they are short of food, daily supplies, safe & sanitary place to live, or much to eat, if we, the people who lived in a developed country continue to grow crops to feed the animals but not the human.  Sike, there is much education needed and love and patience for things to move toward the ideal direction; till then, we do our best, and you do your best!

Here we go!  Cheers to All!

Peta's Annual Thanksgiving

I was happy to have stayed at the Peta's Annual Thanksgiving! Alex was great in presentation and speaking for the food demo prep, and the Peta staffs were very friendly, and the attendees loved our spicy bits (and hopefully they will continue to support!), what more can I say!?  We will continue to work hard and launch to the conventional grocery markets to really support the compassionate and sustainable lifestyle!

The Real Thing.. Green Festival Happening

Honestly, I cannot count how many people were there at the Green Festival in San Francisco this year, but it was exciting for a couple reasons!

    1. It was the first time we exhibit at the Green Festival.  As I mentioned to my friend the last time we attended it, "one day we will be here."  Now that goal has been achieved! A great moment to remember!
    2. As a first time exhibitor at the event, I think we did pretty good in terms of preparation!  We had our banner, fliers, pyramids of product displays, table cloth and "shower curtain" besides everything else we always prepare for product sampling!  Thanks Sone!  You did great!
    3. We had a good amount of customers coming to taste the products and purchased them, and we realized most of the customers are not vegan!  That's right! The meat-eaters are liking them and making the switch!
    4. We had received quite a few product request to be in Rainbow!  That's right, I hope Jenny & Rainbow get to see the customers reaction and they will make the decision accordingly!  By the way, if you like us and think Rainbow should carry the ecoVegan products, please send your product request form and drop off in their comment box in the store!
    5. Peta and VegNews were there and the staffs loved ecoVegan food!  Joe from VegNews sure enjoyed it, and that's very encouraging!
    6. In general it was very positive feedback for us to know the customers reaction directly, at a sustainable events like this!  Thank you New Hope 360 team!  We will be sure to come back next year!
